Since it was first published in 2001, The Hill With a Future: Seattle’s Capitol Hill 1900-1946 has been the only book devoted exclusively to the history of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. For years this valuable resource has been out of print and increasingly difficult to access. The Capitol Hill Historical Society has released a second edition with a new foreword written by the board of directors.
